What if your power move was dissolving instead of going forward?

You wanna lean into something most online expansion gurus won’t talk about? Or if they do, they’ll skate over the surface?

When you’re leveling up, growing, or calling in something new, you’re focused on the future things you want and who you’re becoming.

But here’s the thing: the real shift is actually in what you unbecome.

It’s in creating a resting place for the parts of you that are dying. It’s in raging and grieving and watering the soil of your own creation with your tears and blood.

It might be letting go of old stories or ways of being.

Gently (or not so gently) killing off identities that once served you but now you’ve outgrown.

It might be unburdening what you thought you needed to carry and finding new ways of orienting.

It can even be shedding good and worthy things that you don’t necessarily want to get rid of, but you know you have to if you want something more.

We are in the descent of autumn → winter right now, when skies are darker and the earth is folding in. The day shrinks so our dreamtime can grow. Even the season is asking you to shed and dissolve.

This is the part we often gloss over:
The feminine is both Creatrix and Destroyer.
She births worlds and collapses them, all in the name of love, truth, and beauty.
She holds ecstatic aliveness and she holds dissolution.

A ritual of unbecoming…

  • Build an altar of release. Make offerings to the self who created what you now have. Name your gratitudes, count your blessings, banish your demons. Write down the identities and roles you’re done with and burn or bury it. Ritual is how we metabolize change.

  • Grief & Rage: Tend your sorrows. Rage for what needs anger, grieve for what will be lost.

  • Journal: Ask deep questions.
When I feel into my desire, what might I need to unbecome in order to receive it?
What version of me is clinging to the known just because it’s safe?

  • Embodied release: In your body you have stored the “yes I want it” and the “no I’m not ready.” Move the feeling. Sound the truth of it. Sweat your prayers so you can inhabit the new signal. (h/t Gabrielle Roth)

  • Lean on community. Sometimes we need to be witnessed and held, and to witness and hold others.

What would be possible for you if you could:

  • Speak the language of both storm and the stillness? Of dissolution and rebirth?

  • Create the crack in the old world and the portal to the new.

  • Wake into a quiet power, not because everything is solved, but because you’ve re-membered yourself and become whole.

  • Send your signal of symbolic intention, and wild presence into the field, and feel the universe responding in wind‑spun synchronicities.

  • Lead from your bones, your heart, your deep wisdom, not just your mind.

Inside Wild Mystica, you’ll be held in a six‑month sanctuary of ritual + field + fierce grace. You’ll learn frameworks that anchor your becoming AND your unbecoming. You’ll be held in devotion and depth, and you’ll move through the fire into a next version of yourself.

Real talk… Wild Mystica is like Hogwarts for grown ass women.

It’s basically a coven, let’s be real.

We’re gonna do magick and witchy shit. If you don’t know how to do magick, you’re exactly right for this experience. If you already practice, we’ll amplify your signal with group energy, learning my own proprietary witchcraft process for creative magick, and the secret sauce of feminine embodiment.

Wild Mystica is a high touch, intimate group coaching journey. We start Dec 8 and meet 2-3 x a month on zoom, plus recorded content, community chat, guest teachers, and more.

If you are leaning in with curiosity… let’s talk.

Your next step is to book your f ree Magic Mirror session with me. We’ll sit together, lean into the boundary between what’s falling away, and what comes next, and see if this container is your yes.
